Mana Dairy ("we", "us", "the app") is a milk‑collection and settlement app used by dairy dealers to record milk entries from farmers and customers and to manage payments. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your choices.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details.
Data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Phone sign‑in is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your milk and payment records are visible to the dairy dealer you are associated with. We share data only with service providers (Google Firebase) that process it on our behalf, and where required by law.
We keep your records for as long as your account is active so the dairy can maintain accurate history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).
The app is intended for dairy dealers and members; it is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
